Project Location: Changi area
Job Description:

• Assist the Job Manager to attend to technical and design issues at site and report issues to Job Manager.
• Provide standing supervision as and when directed by the Resident Engineer and/or Consultant team.
• Check through construction drawings and highlight any discrepancies found between or within the same disciplines prior to the commencement of installation works.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance to approve drawings and specifications.
• Ensure adequate safety precautions are enforced on site.
• Resolve all site issues and ensure timely completion of the project.
• Attend site meetings, site inspections, testing and commissioning.
• Maintain site records.
• Estimated commencement of work in Sep 2026.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognised tertiary institution.
• A registered Resident Technical Officer with IES / ACES is require.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Resident Technical Officer on local projects.
• Experience in supervision of Mechanical Services installation for local Hospital/Healthcare/Institution/ Commercial Developments would be added advantage
• Familiar with local codes and regulations
• Ability to respond to technical questions
