Responsibilities

• Liaise with Client, Consultant and project team for the planning, execution, and completion of projects.
• Leading monthly meetings.
• Ensure on-site work comply with the local authority requirements.
• Coordinate with supplier / sub-contractor of the tender specification and quotation.
• Prepare weekly work schedules.
• Oversee and hold overall responsibility for works carried out by junior supervisors assigned under his/her care.
• Ensure that all aspects met the government regulations and standards, including safety of works, inspections and testing of equipment and machinery, training needs of staff.
• Provide timely design progress reporting to management.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in ACMV Design work
• Knowledge of Cleanroom System Design and Room Heat Load Calculation
• Ability to create proposal design documents
• Proficient in conducting fieldwork measurements to comprehend the site environment
• Conversant with local codes and regulations for ACMV
• Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Efficient, analytical skills and able to design work independently
