Responsibilities

IT Support (P/Time Assignment Jul26 to Mar27)

This role reports to the Head of IT.

Job Description

  1. Install, configure, and maintain end-user computing devices, including laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.
  2. Respond promptly to user inquiries and service requests via ticketing system, email, or phone, ensuring timely resolution and user satisfaction.
  3. Set up, operate, and troubleshoot AV equipment and systems, including sound systems, projectors, screens, and microphones.
  4. To develop and maintain comprehensive documentations on installation, deployment, and inventory checklists.
  5. Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
  6. To work with other teams to coordinate projects, manage capacity and optimize IT equipment performance, reliability and efficiency.
  7. Manage hardware inventory and software licensing allocations including asset check-in, asset check-out, asset disposal, asset tagging, asset naming and asset registration in Asset Management System.
  8. Perform annual asset verification exercise.
  9. Provide e-exams logistic support including packing e-exams items, checking usability of e-exams items, testing e-exams backup wi-fi and testing walkie-talkie.
  10. Provide support at the Bar Exams as e-proctor.
  11. Assist in any other End User Computing related projects as assigned.

Job Requirements

· Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.

· 2 - 3 years of IT-related working experience in supporting Windows 10 & 11 OS, Macintosh OS, IOS, Android, Microsoft 365services, and other common desktop applications.

· Prior working experience in technical support role (end user device support)

· Good interpersonal skills to handle internal and external users and/or situations

· Keen to learn and a good team worker.

Working Hours

Contract Assignment July 2026 to March 2027

Monday, Wednesday, Friday

9 am – 6pm

Able to start work on or after 1 July 2026
