Responsibilities
Responsibilities
· Provideon-site and remote technical support to customers
· Troubleshootequipment, application, and process-related issues
· Coordinateproject activities between customers and internal teams (R&D, Production,Sales)
· Supportproject timelines, deliverables, and milestones
· Conducttechnical training sessions for customers and internal stakeholders
· Preparetraining materials, user manuals, and application guides
· Gathercustomer feedback on product performance and requirements
· Provideinsights to internal teams for product improvement and development
· Monitorindustry trends and competitor activities
· Supportand conduct sample testing at customer sites
· Analyzetest results and provide technical recommendations
· Performinstallation, setup, and validation of new equipment
· Ensurecompliance with customer specifications and standards.
Requirements
· Degreeor Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics)
· Minimum2–5 years of experience in Field Application, Technical Support, or similar role
· Experience in semiconductor equipment / manufacturing industry is preferred/
· Willingness to travel for customer support and on-site assignments.
