I have a F&B client looking for Customer Service cum Admin Executive
Location: near to One North MRT
Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
With Sales Comms
Customer Service Function
- Manage inbound and outbound sales inquiries and order via phone, whatsapp, email, and messaging platforms (Ig and facebook)
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and solve their order issues
- Promote bakery products, seasonal offerings, and customized solutions to customers
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and orders
- Co-ordinate school pantry orders and pop up events
- Coordinate closely with production and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Support operations including packing for bulk order to ensure order fulfilment
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and delivery documentation
- Coordinate with operations team and customers on order processing and fulfillment
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed
- Run preorder reports from Monday to Friday
Admin Function
- submit invoices to supplier
- Time Management Systems print, edit - weekly basis
- Grab app - edit and change photo and pricing
- Grab refund
- Monitor leasing expiry for outlet, epos, qashier etc
- Qashier pos - edit and change photo and pricing
- EPOS - edit and change photo and pricing
- Nets invoice
- Other task as assigned by Management
