Job Descriptions

· Assist in the manufacturing process. The Production operator’s responsibilities include keeping the production area clean, preparing machinery and equipment for use, working the production line as instructed, and strictly following health and safety guidelines.

· To be successful as a production worker you should be able to work on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy. An outstanding production operator should be able to maintain production standards and work towards improving productivity without compromising quality.

Key Responsibilities

· Measure, and feed batches of raw materials into production equipment

· Operate production line equipment such as spinning lines, potting machines, etc.

· Monitor the production process and conduct basic testing and quality checks

· Record and report major temporary process changes to the Production Supervisor

· Carry out cleaning and basic maintenance of work areas and the machines.

· Build up components and sub-assemblies into finished products

· Make quality control checks on products

· stores stock items/chemicals necessary for operating the plant.

· Contribute to continuous improvement activities

· Performing other duties assigned by the Production Supervisor

· Must be willing to work overtime when needed.

Requirements

· Primary/Secondary School/ITE/O Level

· A team player with a positive working attitude, responsible and able to work independently

· Experience in the manufacturing industry is an advantage

· Fresh graduates is also welcome

· Mon to Fri – 2 Rotating Shift

· $2000-$3400 Basic + OT + AWS + Variable Bonus
