Competency Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, or any related fields.
• Preferably candidate who have at least 1 year experience in Supply Chain / Customer Service/ Operations field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Able to work independently and goal-driven.
• Positive working attitudes, teamwork spirit, self-discipline, and strong planning skills.
• Strong written and communication skills in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, and email at a highly proficient level.

Job Description:-

1. Operations

a. Inventory, warehouse management (incoming/outgoing)

b. Checking of monthly reports (PDS Marine Open Cover Declaration Report, Singstat Monthly CIF Prices of Imported Products)

2. Logistics

a. Calculation of export freight charges

b. Input monthly sales into forecasts for review

3. Warehouse

a. Support warehouse assistant in managing the inventory management system which includes filing, inventory adjustment and transfer, issuance of samples

b. Assist in picking and packing items when warehouse assistant is not around

c. Stock take

4. Good Distribution Practice

a. Updating SOP for SC manager review

b. Review Deviation Report, temperature monitoring reports, Purchase Invoices done up by Warehouse Assistant

c. GDP requirements (eg: documentations) - Temperature data/Cleaning/Pest control/aircon/Freezer service report

d. GDP Quality System - Packing/cold chain process/ Validation

e. Support audit in distribution of pharmaceutical product/CAPA report

5. Customer Service

a. Assist to obtain HSA approval for drugs before import through HSA PRSIM

b. Update EN Permit tracking in ERP system

c. Assist in RMP programme-data entry and compilation of monthly report

d. Download GPO from Ariba & update in master file

e. Document control-invoice filling & scanning to OneDrive

f. Upload invoice to hospital online system.

g. Drugs information searching: PIL/image /GMP cert

Pay: $3,500.00 - $3,800.00 per month
