We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our events company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth project execution, coordinating manpower and logistics, maintaining operational efficiency, and supporting the successful delivery of events from planning to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure all event projects are executed smoothly and efficiently
• Coordinate event logistics including manpower scheduling, transportation, setup, teardown, and equipment deployment
• Liaise with clients, vendors, suppliers, venues, and internal teams to ensure operational requirements are met
• Supervise onsite operations during events and resolve any operational issues promptly
• Monitor inventory, assets, and equipment maintenance
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and operational SOPs
• Assist in budgeting, cost control, and operational planning
• Recruit, train, and manage operations crew and freelancers
• Improve operational processes and implement systems to enhance efficiency
• Prepare operational reports and updates for management

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Event Management, Business, Operations, or related field
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in event operations or project management
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage tight timelines
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project coordination tools
• Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays when required
• Possess a Class 3 driving license is an advantage

Preferred Qualities

• Hands-on and proactive attitude
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Experience managing large-scale events, exhibitions, roadshows, or corporate events
• Familiarity with Singapore event operations and logistics coordination
