Key Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and manage Microsoft Exchange Server (2016/2019) and/or Exchange Online (M365) environments
• Administer mailboxes, distribution lists, shared mailboxes, and resource mailboxes
• Configure and maintain hybrid Exchange environments
• Manage email routing, mail flow rules, connectors, and transport policies
• Monitor system health and performance; troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Implement and maintain email security solutions (e.g., anti-spam, anti-malware, Defender for Office 365)
• Perform backup, restore, and disaster recovery planning
• Handle patching, upgrades, and migrations (e.g., legacy systems to Exchange Online)
• Manage PowerShell scripting for automation and administration
• Ensure compliance with data retention, eDiscovery, and legal hold requirements
• Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and security teams
• Provide Level 2/3 support and participate in incident/problem management
• Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures

Cloud Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and manage Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022)
• Administer Active Directory, Group Policy (GPO), DNS, DHCP
• Manage and support cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure / AWS)
• Implement and maintain hybrid cloud infrastructure (on-prem + cloud)
• Provision and manage virtual machines (VMs), storage, and networking
• Perform patching, upgrades, and system hardening"

Must have Talent / Skills :

• Exchange Administration skills, AWS or Azure Cloud Skill
