Role Description

As a Bilingual Executive Assistant & Global Growth Associate, you will work closely with the organizational development manager at Global Business Department as a dedicated assistant. You will play a key role in multitasking across market research, sales outreach, and executive administration.

This is not just a routine admin job. You will collaborate with a diverse, multinational team and tackle dynamic tasks across a wide range of industries. It’s the ultimate launchpad for your global career!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Dynamic Problem Solving: Step into delayed or stalled projects to dynamic troubleshoot, unblock bottlenecks, and streamline workflows to get things back on track.
  • Quality Assurance: Work closely with organizational development manager to conduct rigorous fact-checking, proofreading, and quality control for business deliverables.
  • Executive Support: Provide dedicated, high-level administrative, strategic, and secretarial support directly to executives.
  • Lead Generation & Outreach: Proactively reach out to potential global clients and partners via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to build a high-quality sales pipeline.
  • Relationship Building: Nurture relationships with key decision-makers and manage incoming business inquiries with top-tier professionalism.
  • Market Research & Strategy: Conduct in-depth research to identify fresh business opportunities and assist in executing global growth strategies.


Terms & Compensation:

  • Employment Type: Part-time Contractor
  • Contract Period: 6 months (with a strong preference for long-term collaboration/auto-renewal upon mutual agreement)
  • Working Hours: Flexible (To be discussed)
  • Salary/Rate: 500 JPY / hour

Qualifications

・Minimum 3 years of research or B2B sales or admin assistant  experience (professional settings only)

・Strong phone etiquette and communication skills

・Must be fluent in English (Business level)

・Proficiency in clerical and administrative tasks

・Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently

・Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

・Proficient in Google Suite

・Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

・Must have a computer, reliable internet connection, and a suitable environment for web conferences
