Aufgabengebiet

  • Own the lifecycle of SD‑WAN and related managed network services, from roadmap to commercialisation
  • Drive product positioning, pricing and competitiveness for enterprise customers undergoing tech refresh
  • Act as the product subject‑matter expert, supporting sales engagements, RFPs and solution design
  • Partner closely with global delivery teams and on‑ground partners to enable smooth deployments
  • Anticipate deployment risks, resolve issues proactively and minimise delivery delays
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to enhance service scalability and resilience
  • Improve operational efficiency through process optimisation, automation and documentation

Anforderungsprofil

A successful Product Manager - SD‑WAN & Managed Network Services, should have:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, pre‑sales or solution roles within telco or managed services
  • Strong understanding of enterprise networks and how global deployments are typically executed
  • Proven ability to solve complex problems and translate customer needs into practical solutions
  • Highly detail‑oriented with experience managing multiple stakeholders across functions and regions
  • Comfortable acting as the voice of the customer while balancing commercial and operational needs
  • Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline
