Job Description:
We are looking for a meticulous and organized Admin & Account Assistant to support
our finance and administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye
for detail, be proficient in handling financial records, and possess strong administrative
skills to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounting Support: Assist with data entry for invoices, payments, and financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Financial Record Management: Organize and maintain financial documents, including invoices, receipts, and payment records, for easy retrieval and audit purposes.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable Assistance: Support in processing payments to vendors, tracking outstanding invoices, and following up on receivables.
- General Administration: Perform data entry, maintain company records, and ensure all documents are up to date and properly filed.
- Communication & Correspondence: Handle internal and external inquiries related to financial matters professionally and efficiently.
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent; accounting or finance-related qualifications are a plus.
- Prior experience in administrative and accounting support roles is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, MYOB) is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information responsibly.
Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
