We are looking for a driven Sales Manager to grow the adoption of PUDU service robots across Northern region's commercial and industrial sectors. This is a hands-on individual contributor role focused on hunting new business, building customer relationships, and driving sales growth.

If you enjoy prospecting, meeting customers, conducting demos, and closing deals, this role is for you.

What you’ll do

• Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets
• Build and manage your own sales pipeline
• Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities
• Conduct customer meetings, site visits, product demonstrations, and presentations
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
• Develop and support reseller and channel partners
• Work closely with technical teams to deliver customer solutions
• Track market trends, competitor, and gather customer feedback
• Attend industry events and build market presence

What you'll bring

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales or business development experience
• Strong hunter mindset with proven prospecting and closing skill
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independent
• Strong communication and relationship-building skill
• Own transport and willing to travel within Malaysia
• Bonus: Experience in robotics, automation, AMR/AGV, cleaning equipment, or Industry 4.0 solution
• Engineering or technical background is a plus
