Founded in 2011, Crewstone International is a licensed Private Equity Management Corporation (PEMC) regulated by the Securities Commission Malaysia. We operate with a strong global footprint across the US, UK, Asia, and the UAE, supported by a team of seasoned investment professionals. As a fast-paced and performance-driven firm, we place strong emphasis on meritocracy, long-term alignment, and career progression, complemented by a competitive remuneration framework. Our team benefits from direct exposure to global markets and meaningful opportunities for long-term growth.

Overview

Support fundraising and investor coverage efforts across Crewstone-managed funds and transaction-specific mandates, with a focus on high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and broader private wealth channels. The role requires strong relationship discipline, commercial awareness, and the ability to support fundraising conversations from first contact through follow-up and close.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, financial institutions, and other relevant investors across Crewstone’s network.
  • Support fundraising campaigns through targeted outreach, investor follow-up, meeting coordination, and relationship management across active mandates and fund products.
  • Build and maintain investor profiles by understanding return expectations, mandate fit, structural preferences, and sector appetite.
  • Prepare and coordinate investor-facing materials, including teasers, decks, FAQs, due diligence responses, and follow-up materials required for fundraising discussions.
  • Help manage the end-to-end investor engagement process, including communication flow, scheduling, information requests, and progression toward commitment.
  • Ensure all investor communication and fundraising activity is carried out in line with applicable regulatory requirements, internal standards, and market best practice.
  • Undertake other responsibilities and assignments as directed by Management from time to time.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in wealth management, financial advisory, or private banking
  • Proven sales track record in managing and growing portfolios of HNWIs, family offices, or institutional investors.
  • Demonstrated hunter mentality with a strong ability to source, engage, and close new clients and investment opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client portfolios effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining high levels of professionalism.
