Responsibilities
- Oversee and monitor trading platforms to ensure stable and efficient daily operations
- Monitor market and client risk exposure, including margin utilisation, stop-outs, liquidations, and hedging activities with Prime Brokers
- Process and supervise client trade executions in accordance with internal risk management and compliance policies
- Assist with dealing desk operations, including trade approvals and execution support when required
- Investigate post-trade alerts and perform operational, trading, and risk control checks
- Handle daily operational tasks, reporting procedures, and shift handovers to ensure business continuity
- Maintain effective coordination and communication between front office, middle office, and back office functions
- Bachelors Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or related field
- Good understanding of financial markets, trading products, margin mechanisms, and risk management principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Good communication and coordination skills across multiple departments
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
- Willing to work on shifts
- Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and risk awareness
