Responsibilities
Role: Desktop Support Engineer- EUC
Location: Marina Bay Financial Centre, Tower 3, SINGAPORE-018982
Rate: SGD 36,000 to SGD 42,000 Gross Annual salary
Key Requirements:
- Experience managing 200+ users onsite.
- Strong knowledge of OS imaging & Auto Pilot
- Experience in ticket management (SNOW is an added advantage), including handling incidents and service requests
- Knowledge of TP support and meeting room setups
- Experience in VIP support
- Spare stock management at site
- Vendor management
- Understanding of the procurement process for IT equipment
- Asset management
- Antivirus management
- Proficiency in English and the local language is mandatory
Pay: $36,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
