We are looking for a reliable and organised Admin Assistant to support daily business operations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to gain exposure across administration, coordination, and team support.
You will work closely with the Manager to ensure smooth execution of administrative tasks, recruitment processes, and internal coordination.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support in daily business operations
- Coordinate and compile documents, reports, and presentation materials
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of records
- Assist in scheduling meetings and internal activities
- Assist the Manager in sourcing resources, information, and ideas for projects
- Support recruitment coordination, including interview arrangements and follow-ups
- Perform ad-hoc duties as required to support overall business operations
Requirements
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Tech savy and AI proficient
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team
