Job Description

Responsibilities

You have an eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and enjoy working directly with clients. You will play a key role in delivering accounting and administrative services to a portfolio of clients across various industries. Your professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to quality will contribute directly to our clients' success and the growth of Gateway of Asia.

You will:Client Accounting Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of clients and serve as their primary point of contact for accounting and administrative matters.
  • Prepare full sets of accounts and maintain accurate accounting records for clients.
  • Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger transactions.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations and account balance reconciliations.
  • Prepare management accounts, financial reports, and supporting schedules.
  • Assist clients with invoicing, payment processing, and collection follow-ups.
  • Support year-end closing, audit schedules, and statutory reporting requirements.
  • Liaise with clients to obtain accounting information and resolve discrepancies.
  • Ensure timely and accurate bookkeeping in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
  • Utilize accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, or similar platforms.

Administrative & Client Support Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with administrative and operational matters as required.
  • Coordinate with banks, government agencies, auditors, tax agents, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain proper client records, documentation, and filing systems.
  • Prepare and organize client documents for statutory and compliance submissions.
  • Support onboarding of new clients, including collection of KYC and business information.
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely submission of client deliverables.
  • Provide administrative support to management and the client services team.
  • Assist in process improvements and implementation of best practices.

Pay: $1,700.00 - $2,100.00 per month
