What You'll Be Doing

Payroll & Rewards Administration

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for Malaysia, ensuring accurate and timely salary payments
  • Maintain employee records and movements in HRIS, including new hires, exits, transfers, and compensation changes
  • Process employee claims and payroll-related transactions
  • Calculate and administer quarterly incentives, commissions, bonuses, and other employee payments
  • Ensure timely statutory submissions, tax filings, and payroll reconciliations
  • Partner closely with Finance and external vendors to maintain payroll accuracy and compliance


People Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities to deliver a seamless employee experience
  • Prepare and maintain HR documentation, including employment certifications, salary adjustment letters, redesignation letters, and employee movement communications
  • Support compensation processes, including bonus and Short-Term Incentive (STI) administration
  • Manage work pass applications, renewals, and related compliance requirements
  • Act as the key administrator and subject matter expert for HRIS, payroll, and leave management systems
  • Maintain accurate HR records and support internal and external audit requirements
  • Support insurance administration and employee benefits processes
  • Contribute to HR projects, process improvements, and continuous enhancement initiatives


What We're Looking For

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Experience in payroll and HR operations, ideally within a multinational or fast-paced environment
  • Good understanding of Malaysia payroll practices, statutory requirements, and employment regulations
  • Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A collaborative team player with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, adaptable, and committed to delivering a positive employee experience
