Job Summary

The position will support our e-commerce growth by executing marketing activities across major platforms like Shopee and TikTok Shop. This role is perfect for an energetic, tech-savvy individual who loves being on camera, creating short videos, and helping to manage marketplace tasks, including assisting with our affiliate network.

Key Responsibilities

Handling Marketplace LIVE Hosting

· Act as the primary on-camera host for scheduled livestream sessions on Shopee Live and TikTok LIVE.

· Demonstrate products enthusiastically, interact with viewers, answer questions, and drive real-time sales conversions.

· Set up the live studio equipment (lighting, camera/phone angle, audio) and ensure products are prepared before going live.

· Help track and compile sales and viewer data after each live session.

Marketplace Marketing & Affiliate Support

· Assist in setting up campaigns, vouchers, and product listings on Shopee Seller Centre and TikTok Shop Seller Center.

· Coordinate and communicate with affiliates/creators, helping to send out product samples and tracking their video postings.

· Monitor daily marketplace performance and assist the team in preparing simple weekly sales reports.

Content Creation

· Assist in filming and editing simple short-form videos (TikToks, Shopee, Reels) to promote marketplace products and upcoming live sessions.

· Brainstorm fun, trendy content ideas aligned with the modest fashion industry.

General Support

· Provide operational support to the marketing team for campaigns, events, and other daily administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Experience in livestream hosting, e-commerce, or digital marketing is an advantage.
• Familiar with Shopee, TikTok Shop, and marketplace platforms.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Confident and comfortable appearing on camera.
• Sales-driven, creative, and proactive.
• Passionate in the modest and fashion industry.
• Willing to work from office in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
