About the Role

As our Procurement Executive, you’ll be the backbone of our operations: making sure every outlet across all five brands is stocked, every supplier relationship is rock solid, and every ringgit spent makes sense.

What You’ll Do

• Own the full procurement cycle from purchase orders right through to delivery and invoice reconciliation
• Monitor stock levels across all outlets and our central warehouse, and flag discrepancies fast
• Track stock movement and produce clear, accurate inventory reports for management
• Source new suppliers, negotiate the best pricing and terms, and manage those relationships long-term
• Work closely with operations and outlet teams to forecast demand and plan purchasing ahead of time
• Make sure every procurement activity is compliant with company policy, Halal requirements, and food safety standards
• Keep procurement records spotless purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices, and contracts all in order
• Spot cost-saving opportunities and drive procurement efficiency across the group
• Support new outlet openings and brand launches with timely procurement of stock and equipment

Who We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Admin, Logistics, or related field
• 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in procurement, purchasing, or inventory management
• F&B industry experience is a strong advantage you’ll hit the ground running
• Comfortable with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; ERP or inventory system experience is a bonus
• Strong negotiator with sharp attention to detail nothing slips past you
• Able to juggle multiple vendors and tasks at once in a fast-moving environment
• Good command of both English and Bahasa Malaysia, written and spoken
• Own transport required —you’ll occasionally visit outlets and suppliers
