Job Description

Role and Responsibilities

We seek to fill positions in several areas including but not restricted to –

• Statistical and machine learning (ML),
• Artificial intelligence (AI),
• Operations research,
• Data science, and
• Industrial and systems engineering, with applications to healthcare, sustainability, supply chains and logistics, urban mobility, and quantitative finance.

Becoming part of SUTD

You should be specialised in an engineering systems-related field and have solid grounding in one or more systems methodologies including, but not limited to, AI/ML, optimisation, stochastic modelling, statistics, game theory, financial engineering, and simulation. Empirical, experimental, computational, and analytical research approaches are all welcome.

You must be committed to excellence in teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels and to developing and maintaining an active research programme.
