Job Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell the company’s technical products and solutions to customers within the Johor region.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure consistent sales growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage in the assigned area.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and provide technical support to customers as needed.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and after-sales service.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.
- Gather market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and report customer feedback for business improvement.
- Prepare periodic sales reports and updates for management review.
- Represent the company in exhibitions, trade shows, and customer visits when required.

Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in technical or industrial sales.
- Strong technical understanding with the ability to communicate product value effectively.
- Good interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Possess own transport and valid driving license.
- Required to visit HQ for coordination meetings once a week.
