1. OVERALL PURPOSE OF POSITION

A Warehouse officer is responsible for performing a variety of warehouse duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse. A Warehouse officer may also be responsible for operating and maintaining warehouse equipment, keeping records of inventory and stock, and ensuring a clean and safe working environment.

To contribute, commit, comply and implement all integration of ISO 9001 & 14001 system, BS EN 15593 Hygiene System, SMETA requirements and FSC COC System for continual improvement.

2. OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

2.1. Issuing related documents needed for each delivery such as Loading Chit etc.

2.2. Handling incoming and outgoing goods.

2.3. Ensuring systematic and proper filing.

2.4. Updating and maintaining data into the system and manual records accurately.

2.5. Performing any other assignment as given by the immediate superior and management.

2.6. Submitting customer’s copy of Diesel Record, Delivery Order and Invoice according to setting DO number to Account department weekly.

2.7. Updating the Mastery Record 1st day on every month.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
