Responsibilities
Job Purpose:
The HR Executive is responsible for executing end-to-end human resource operations including recruitment, payroll support, employee relations, performance management coordination, and HR administration to ensure the company attracts, develops, and retains the right talent to support business growth across multiple business entities.

Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field is required.
Minimum 2–4 years of HR experience in recruitment, payroll support, employee relations, or HR operations, preferably in SME or multi-entity environments.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HR systems or payroll software, with the ability to manage HR data, recruitment platforms, and employee records accurately.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple HR functions in a fast-paced environment.
Must be responsible, discreet, and detail-oriented, with good Bahasa Malaysia and English communication skills; Mandarin is preferred and an added advantage.
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
