Below are details of the expected job scopes:

1. Clinical Responsibilities:

· Conduct comprehensive assessments (including biopsychosocial evaluations) for a diverse caseload

· Design and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based interventions.

· Monitor and evaluate patient progress through standardized outcome measures and adjust treatment strategies as needed

· Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

· Educate patients and caregivers on injury prevention, self-management techniques, and home exercise programs to support continuity of care.

· Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in compliance with regulatory standards.

· Adhere to ethical and professional guidelines while fostering a safe, empathetic, and motivating therapeutic environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
