Job Description for Logistic Supervisor

• Check and verify quantity and quality of goods during loading and unloading processes.
• Ensure all loading documents (delivery orders, consignment notes, etc.) are accurate and properly signed.
• Perform data entry for trip schedules, delivery records, and system updates accurately and timely.
• Coordinate with drivers and warehouse teams to ensure smooth and on-time loading and delivery.
• Assist in preparing daily and weekly operation reports.
• Monitor and update truck movement, driver assignments, and job status.
• Communicate with customers and internal departments on delivery or operational updates.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Detail-oriented with basic computer literacy (Microsoft Excel / Word / Email).
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and willing to work extended hours if required.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Able to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
