JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Min Qualification: SPM/Diploma/Certificate in Hospitality/ Business Studies/ Food & Beverage/Office Administration/Bar School.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Manage daily cafe operation using checklist for opening and closing of cafe.
- Monitor stock inventory for bar supplies, juices bottled drinks and fresh cakes and pastries. Control inventory of glassware, tools and utensils for the bar and crockeries for tea and coffee and cake serving dishes.
- Sound knowledge and skills in preparing hot and cold beverages, coffee and tea preparation.
- Maintain bar and dessert counters cleaned and organized for next shift.
- Maintain health and safety practices behind bar and serving counters and food hygiene.
- Computer literate with software applications (Word, Excel, POS).
- Min Experience: 2-4 years working experience in full service restaurant; 5 years bartending and serving cocktails. Familiar and responsible for POS system (cash till & deposit
