Mep Enviro Technology Hiring! Full Time Accounts - Finance Assistant in Pulau Pinang, Earn up to MYR 2,800 - Ricebowl

• Handle daily accounting tasks such as data entry, bookkeeping, and maintaining records
• Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments
• Perform bank reconciliation and ensure financial accuracy
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records
• Assist in monthly financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
• Support e-invoicing, tax, and audit preparation
• Handle banking duties and payment follow-ups
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the manager.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Fresh graduate are welcome.
• Basic knowledge of accounting software (e.g. Autocount, Excel) is added advantage.
• Ability to work with numbers accurately and detail-oriented
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin is advantageous in supporting job responsibilities.
