The Shop Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting both our e-commerce success and retail expansion efforts. This position involves assisting with day-to-day retail operations while contributing to the execution of campaigns that align with our digital marketing strategies. You will work closely with the Sales Executive to ensure a seamless and engaging customer experience across both online and in-store channels.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain receptionist area condition and visual merchandising standard.
• Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
• Identify and develop new customers through walk-ins, online channels, cold calls, and referrals.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, and follow up on payments.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.

REQUIREMENT :

• Preferably experience working in customer service at least 1 years
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Able to work under minimum supervision
• Excellent communication skill in Bahasa & English
• Fast-learner, energetic, vibrant & friendly

WORKING HOURS/DAYS :

• 6 days/ week, 8.30 am - 5.00 pm
• Attendance Allowance - RM 100.00
• Individual Sales Commission - Based on sales for that particular month
