Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive to support internal stakeholders, including Sales Agents, Sales Admin, and related departments. The role is responsible for handling project-related and system-related enquiries, preparing FAQs and Q&A materials, and ensuring smooth communication between departments.
Key Responsibilities
Project Support
- Respond to enquiries from Sales Agents regarding project information, unit availability, pricing, promotions, rebates, and booking status.
- Prepare and maintain project-specific Q&A documentation for all ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to obtain accurate project updates and information.
- Assist in resolving project-related issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
- Ensure agents receive timely updates on project launches, campaigns, and policy changes.
- System Support
- Handle enquiries related to sales and booking systems.
- Assist users with login issues, booking submissions, document uploads, and system navigation.
- Record, monitor, and follow up on reported system issues.
- Liaise with the IT team and system vendors to resolve technical issues.
- Prepare and update system user guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting materials.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Develop and maintain comprehensive Q&A databases for projects and systems.
- Prepare reports on enquiries, issues raised, and resolution status.
- Ensure all records and communications are properly documented and updated.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Property Management, Information Systems, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, property development, or system support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good problem-solving and coordination abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in property development, sales administration, or CRM/booking systems is an added advantage.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
