QUALIFICATION & WORK COMMITMENT:
- Minimum 1–3 years' experience in inbound sales, customer-facing sales, or phone-based conversion roles — experience in a healthcare or clinical setting is a strong advantage
- Skilled in lead tracking, call logging, and maintaining accurate pipeline records
- Comfortable managing a high volume of inbound enquiries and committed to converting every qualified lead into a confirmed appointment
JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES:
This is an inbound-first role. Your primary focus is on incoming leads — answering calls, responding to enquiries, and converting warm prospects into booked appointments. Outbound calling is a supporting activity to ensure no lead goes cold or unattended.
- Attend to inbound calls and enquiries promptly — ensuring every prospect receives a responsive, professional, and informative experience
- Convert inbound enquiries into confirmed appointments by presenting eye care packages, treatments, and promotions in a clear and trustworthy manner
- Follow up on warm leads who have not yet confirmed — including via outbound calls — to ensure no prospect is left unattended
- Handle objections professionally and guide prospects through the decision-making process with empathy and confidence
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date lead records in the CRM system and report conversion performance regularly
- Conduct outbound calls to re-engage existing leads, confirm upcoming appointments, and support daily follow-up tasks as needed
