Key Responsibilities

• Shipment Management: Handle daily operations for multi-modal transport (Air, Sea, Land).
• Documentation: Process Bills of Lading (B/L), Air Waybills (AWB), manifest submissions, and invoices.
• Customs Clearance: Coordinate with brokerage teams to ensure timely declaration filings.
• Carrier Booking: Secure cargo space and negotiate spot rates with shipping lines and airlines.
• Client Relations: Provide milestone updates, resolve transit delays, and handle customer complaints.
• Vendor Coordination: Liaise with overseas agents, hauliers, warehouse operators, and port authorities.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of active operations experience within a freight forwarding environment.
• Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of Incoterms, customs regulations, and shipping documentation.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in freight management software (e.g., CargoWise, EDI) and MS Excel.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, high stress tolerance, and clear communication

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
