Job Description

Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

  • Perform data entry and data validation tasks accurately
  • Assist in updating and maintaining records in the accounting system
  • Ensure supporting documents are properly organized and filed
  • Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies where necessary
  • Provide general administrative support to the Accounts/Finance team
  • Assist with ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors

Requirements :

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Candidates who can start immediately will be prioritized

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
