E-Commerce Content & Marketplace Assistant (Project-Based)
We're looking for a detail-oriented individual to help organise and improve our online store presence across Shopify, Shopee, and TikTok Shop.
This is a one-time remote project suitable for students, fresh graduates, Stay-At-Home-Moms, or anyone who enjoys working with online platforms and has a strong eye for detail.
Tasks include:
- Reviewing and organising product listings
- Archiving discontinued or inactive products
- Standardising product descriptions and formatting
- Checking product information for consistency across platforms
- Uploading images and making basic content updates
- Organising collections, categories, and product tags
- Adding basic SEO keywords and metadata where needed
Requirements:
- Comfortable working on a laptop
- Fast and efficient with online tasks
- Comfortable using Google Sheets, Google Docs, and web-based tools
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently and follow instructions
- Familiarity with Shopify, Shopee, or TikTok Shop is a bonus, but not required
Project Details:
- Remote (work from home)
- Flexible working hours
- One-time project
- Approximately 80 active products across Shopify, Shopee, and TikTok Shop
- Project Fee: RM500 upon completion of the project (expected 2-4 weeks)
