E-Commerce Content & Marketplace Assistant (Project-Based)

We're looking for a detail-oriented individual to help organise and improve our online store presence across Shopify, Shopee, and TikTok Shop.

This is a one-time remote project suitable for students, fresh graduates, Stay-At-Home-Moms, or anyone who enjoys working with online platforms and has a strong eye for detail.

Tasks include:

• Reviewing and organising product listings
• Archiving discontinued or inactive products
• Standardising product descriptions and formatting
• Checking product information for consistency across platforms
• Uploading images and making basic content updates
• Organising collections, categories, and product tags
• Adding basic SEO keywords and metadata where needed

Requirements:

• Comfortable working on a laptop
• Fast and efficient with online tasks
• Comfortable using Google Sheets, Google Docs, and web-based tools
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work independently and follow instructions
• Familiarity with Shopify, Shopee, or TikTok Shop is a bonus, but not required

Project Details:

• Remote (work from home)
• Flexible working hours
• One-time project
• Approximately 80 active products across Shopify, Shopee, and TikTok Shop
• Project Fee: RM500 upon completion of the project (expected 2-4 weeks)
