Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals for solar energy solutions. Conduct thorough consultations to assess customer energy needs and recommend customized solar solutions that meet their requirements.
- Educational Presentations: Deliver engaging presentations to inform customers about the advantages of solar energy, including cost savings, environmental benefits, and available government incentives.
- Proposal Development: Create tailored proposals that include system designs, pricing structures, and financing options to suit diverse client needs.
- Client Outreach: Identify and approach prospective clients to promote our solar installation services, expanding our customer base.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and present compelling sales pitches that effectively highlight the benefits of our solar solutions.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and finalize sales contracts with customers, ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to client.
- Project Collaboration: Work closely with the technical team to ensure successful implementation of solar projects, maintaining high standards of quality and service.
- Marketing Support: Assist in developing effective marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance brand visibility and attract new customers.
- Referral Program Promotion: Actively promote the company’s referral program to existing customers to encourage word-of-mouth marketing.
- Weekly Reporting: Provide weekly updates to the Hong Kong headquarters regarding potential customers and submitted applications.
- After-Sales Service: Deliver exceptional after-sales support, addressing any issues related to solar panel performance or rooftop installations to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies/ Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in renewable energy, power transmission and distribution and power automation will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is highly desirable to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Good interpersonal skills, problem solving skills, good customer service, self-motivated, goal oriented and result driven.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
