Job Description

Responsibilities

Purpose of Position

To coordinate customer orders from order confirmation until successful delivery, ensuring accurate order processing, stock allocation, warehouse coordination, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all customer orders are accurately processed, verified, and entered into the system within the required turnaround time.
  • Ensure accurate stock checking, reservation, and availability alignment to fully support confirmed customer orders.
  • Ensure timely and accurate coordination of picking, packing, and preparation of goods for dispatch.
  • Ensure all deliveries are arranged on schedule and all Proof of Delivery (POD) documents are properly collected and recorded.
  • Ensure smooth communication with customers and internal departments to resolve issues and maintain seamless order flow from order to delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Education

Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field is required, with preference for candidates with formal operations or logistics education.

  • Experience

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, order processing, or supply chain coordination, preferably in distribution or manufacturing industries.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, especially those with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and interest in logistics or order fulfillment operations.

  • Technical Skills

Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and capable of handling order processing, inventory coordination using SQL.

  • Core Competencies

Must be highly detail-oriented with strong coordination, time management, and problem-solving skills to manage end-to-end order fulfillment efficiently.

  • Personal Attributes

Must be organized, responsible, calm under pressure, and able to work across departments with a strong sense of ownership.

  • Language Requirement

Must be able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English, with Mandarin speaking ability preferred and considered a strong advantage.

  • Advantage / Bonus Criteria

Experience in warehouse operations, delivery coordination, or building materials industry with high-volume order handling is a strong advantage.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
