We’ve partnered with a hyper-growth enterprise AI scale-up on a mission to scale their market share across APAC. They’ve grown revenue x7 in the last year, secured backing from leading global investors, and are already partnering with major players across banking, insurance, fintech, and retail.
Responsibilities
- Market Expansion: Spearhead and expand enterprise accounts across key Asian markets.
- Pipeline Generation: Standardize net-new business growth through proactive prospecting, strategic outreach, and pipeline development.
- Deal Management: Navigate complex, multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles from initial discovery up to contract execution.
- Executive Relationships: Cultivate deep ties with C-suite and senior stakeholders across Sales, Distribution, Contact Centers, and L&D functions.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner directly with executive leadership on high-profile accounts and tailored corporate strategy.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Work alongside Product, Solutions, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless pilot programs and large-scale rollouts.
- Sales Discipline: Maintain meticulous pipeline hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and CRM management.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of direct, quota-carrying B2B enterprise software or SaaS sales experience.
- A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding annual revenue targets.
- Prior experience selling directly into the financial services, insurance, or highly regulated sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to maneuver multi-stakeholder deals involving compliance, legal, procurement, and IT.
- Top-tier consultative selling, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
