Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bookkeeper, based in Greater Kuala Lumpur. The Bookkeeper will manage day-to-day financial operations, including preparing financial statements, recording journal entries, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate bookkeeping records. The role involves using accounting software to handle financial data and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while providing support to the finance team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Statements preparation and managing accounts
• Hands-on experience with Bookkeeping tasks and recording Journal Entries
• Strong knowledge of Accounting Software tools and platforms (Autocount / QBO / XERO)
• Background in Finance or Accounting
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with relevant Malaysian financial regulations is beneficial
