Role Purpose
We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure, Network & Microsoft 365 Engineer to build and migrate foundational IT services for our new entity. You will be responsible for ensuring Day-1 readiness across network architecture, Microsoft 365, endpoint management, collaboration tools, and service operations.
Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure Setup: Establish core infrastructure components including internet breakout, DNS/DHCP, Wi-Fi, firewalls, VPN/SASE, network segmentation, and site connectivity.
M365 Migration: Build the Microsoft 365 tenant and seamlessly migrate workloads, covering Exchange Online (mailboxes and archives), Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive, and security baselines.
Endpoint Management: Implement robust endpoint management using Intune and Autopilot. Manage device re-provisioning, domain/tenant join processes, policy deployment, and application packaging.
Service Integration: Set up essential printing and telephony services (such as Teams Phone). Integrate these systems with the service desk, ITSM, asset management, and monitoring platforms.
End-User Support: Plan and execute comprehensive end-user migration waves. Provide dedicated cutover support and early life support to ensure a smooth transition.
Documentation: Produce detailed EUC migration plans, device readiness dashboards, Day-1 checklists, and support playbooks.

Supplier Resource Requirements
Experience: 5 to 8+ years in infrastructure and EUC engineering, with recent hands-on experience in M365 and Windows endpoint management. Proven track record with M365 tenant builds, tenant-to-tenant migrations, Exchange Online, SharePoint/OneDrive, Teams, and identity/security baselines.
Endpoint Skills: Strong proficiency in Intune/Autopilot, including GPO to MDM transitions, compliance policies, and app deployment.
Network Skills: Solid background configuring firewalls, VPN/SASE, VLANs, DNS/DHCP, and Wi-Fi. Experience with vendors like Fortinet, Cisco, or Palo Alto is highly advantageous.
Technical Proficiencies: Strong scripting and automation skills utilizing PowerShell, coupled with familiarity with Azure AD/Entra ID.
Certifications: MS-102, MD-102, AZ-104, CCNA/CCNP, or equivalent vendor certifications are preferred.
Soft Skills: Exceptional documentation and user support capabilities.
Logistics: Fluency in English and Cantonese is required. Must be available for onsite presence in Hong Kong and willing to work after-hours or weekends during critical migration and cutover windows.
