About the role
We're looking for a social media native who thinks like a content creator and operates like a strategist. You'll own the full social lifecycle for your clients — from trend-spotting and content planning, to hands-on execution, reporting, and media boosting — while being the go-to daily contact clients trust and the social expert your internal teams rally around. This is a role for someone who is self-driven, culturally switched-on, and genuinely excited about what's happening online right now.
What you'll do
Be the daily point of contact for clients — responsive, reliable, someone they trust
Build and manage content calendars rooted in platform best practices, cultural moments, and brand strategy
Create content end-to-end — copy, visuals, and AI tools to move faster and think bigger
Plan and execute paid social and media boosting
Report on performance clearly, turning data into actionable recommendations
Spot trends, platform updates, and cultural moments before they peak
Identify influencer opportunities across HK and global creator landscapes
Inspire — not just brief — the creatives, account teams, and studio around you
Grow and mentor the social team as we scale
About you
5+ years of social media experience in an agency environment
Confident managing client relationships independently on a day-to-day basis
Hands-on content creator — you plan it, you make it, you report on it
Comfortable using AI tools for image creation and copywriting, or eager to learn
Experienced in paid social and media boosting
Deeply fluent in social platforms — formats, algorithms, and what's changing
Plugged into local culture, trending conversations, and influencer landscape
Analytical, organised, and self-directed
Open to growing into a team leadership role
Fluent in Cantonese and English
What we're really looking for
Someone who is chronically online — and proud of it. You notice things before they trend. You know which creators are about to break through. You understand local culture deeply enough to know when a brand can lean into a moment and when it shouldn't. You're disciplined enough to run your own content calendar without hand-holding, curious enough to keep testing new formats and tools, and collaborative enough to get the best out of creatives, account teams, and studio — without needing to manage from above. Clients see you as a trusted partner. Your team sees you as the person who knows what's next.
