The Job
Provide administrative support to internal and external users of Intertek systems
Support client portal setup and administration
Support user inquiries and system problem logs, prepare and manage the system change requests
Assist in data preparation, data housekeeping and data extraction
Prepare training material, support user training and demonstration
Work with IT and business development and the clients in determining the best fit solution to client
The Person
Good analytic, problem solving and interpersonal skills
Good Customer-focused problem solver, with customer service background will be an advantage
Self-motivated, detail-minded, and eager to learn
One year or above working experience will be an advantage
Able to handle multi-tasks and work independently
Good written and spoken English
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related disciplines will be an advantage
