Hiring: IT Technical Support Engineer | Service Desk Support | Windows & O365 | Singapore

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled IT Technical Support Engineer to join our growing IT Service Desk team. If you are passionate about troubleshooting, end-user support, and enterprise IT operations, this opportunity is for you!

As part of our IT support team, you will provide technical assistance to employees across local and remote offices, ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations within a dynamic enterprise environment.

IT Technical Support Engineer / Service Desk Engineer


Key Responsibilities

Provide L1/L2 technical support for end-users across hardware, software, and network environments.

Install, configure, and troubleshoot:

  • Windows operating systems
  • Office 365 applications
  • Laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, and peripherals

Support enterprise collaboration tools including:

  • Microsoft Teams
  • Teams Telephony
  • Video conferencing solutions
  • Microsoft Team Rooms (MTR)

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to:

  • Email and Outlook
  • VPN & Citrix connectivity
  • Active Directory user accounts
  • Printing solutions
  • Mobile devices and smartphones
  • Access control systems & CCTV

Manage incidents and requests through IT service desk ticketing systems.

Coordinate with external vendors and internal infrastructure teams to resolve escalated issues.

Support disk encryption, antivirus management, and endpoint security activities.

Maintain documentation, SOPs, and operational guidelines for support processes.

Participate in infrastructure improvement discussions and operational enhancement initiatives.


Requirements

️ 2–5 years of experience in IT Service Desk / Desktop Support / Technical Support roles

️ Strong hands-on experience with:

  • Windows 10 / Windows 11
  • Microsoft Office 365
  • Outlook, Teams, Excel
  • Active Directory
  • VPN & Citrix support

️ Experience with remote support tools such as:

  • SCCM
  • Quick Assist
  • Remote desktop support tools

️ Familiarity with:

  • ITIL processes
  • Ticketing systems
  • Hardware troubleshooting
  • Printer and meeting room support

️ Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

️ A proactive mindset with willingness to continuously learn and grow

Endpoint security exposure

Experience supporting enterprise environments
