## Your Mission


As a **Veterinary Pharma Commercial Growth Lead**, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and building strategic relationships within the livestock and animal health industry.


You will work closely with the National Sales Manager to develop high-impact business strategies and unlock new market opportunities.

## Key Responsibilities


### Sales Growth & Market Expansion


- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets within the livestock segment

- Drive sales activities through direct customer engagement and strong relationship management

- Identify and penetrate new market opportunities across farms, distributors, and livestock operations

- Expand customer base and strengthen market presence within assigned territories


### Product Promotion & Technical Support


- Promote and sell veterinary pharmaceuticals, supplements, and farm-related solutions

- Conduct farm visits, product presentations, demonstrations, and customer follow-ups

- Provide product knowledge, basic technical guidance, and on-site support related to:

 - Animal health

 - Farm management

 - Nutrition and productivity improvement


### Relationship Management


Build strong long-term relationships with:


- Pet-shop business operators

- Veterinarians

- Dealers & distributors

- Key decision makers


Ensure customer satisfaction and support product performance monitoring


### Business Intelligence & Strategic Execution


- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer feedback

- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, pipeline updates, and market intelligence reports

- Collaborate closely with internal departments including:

 - Marketing

 - Logistics

 - Operations

 - Supply chain


### Industry Engagement


Participate in:


- Farm visits

- Exhibitions

- Product launches

- Industry events

- Technical seminars and roadshows
