We are currently partnering with several global luxury brands to appoint experienced Store Managers for multiple opportunities across Kuala Lumpur. These are key positions to lead flagship and high-profile boutiques across fashion, watches and jewellery categories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire boutique teams to achieve sales and service excellence

• Drive commercial performance and deliver store KPIs

• Develop and execute clienteling and CRM initiatives to grow customer loyalty

• Ensure exceptional customer experience in line with brand standards

• Coach, develop, and retain high-performing retail teams

• Oversee day-to-day boutique operations, visual merchandising, and inventory management

• Act as a brand ambassador and foster a culture of luxury service excellence

Requirements:

• Proven experience leading a luxury retail boutique or store

• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving sales targets

• Passion for luxury retail and delivering exceptional customer experiences

• Excellent people management and coaching capabilities

• Strong clienteling and relationship-building skills

• Experience within luxury fashion, watches, jewellery, leather goods, beauty, or premium retail sectors will be considered
