Responsibilities
Hiring: Technical Support / System Engineer (Japanese Speaker)
Location: Selangor, Malaysia
Contract: 1 Year (Extendable)
We are looking for a Technical Support / System Engineer with Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N1/N2) to join a leading technology team supporting enterprise backup, recovery, and data protection solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot backup & recovery product issues (remote/on-site)
• Diagnose software, hardware, networking, and application issues
• Monitor backup operations and disaster recovery processes
• Perform root cause analysis and collaborate with engineering teams
• Provide customer support via phone and email
• Document resolutions and support continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 6 months – 2 years of Technical/System/Customer Support experience
• Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux, networking, and troubleshooting
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Japanese Language Certification – JLPT N1 or N2 or N3 (Mandatory)
