You will:
- Manage and respond to all inbound enquiries
- Build proposals, negotiate, and close deals end to end
- Handle website order changes and amendments, ensuring smooth coordination with ops and kitchen
- Provide ongoing client support for repeat customers and inbound-led accounts
- Effectively work cross-functionally to shape the product roadmap based on data-driven insights
- Assist in refining the company's sales strategy and processes
- Assist the sales and operational teams to implement best industry practices and knowledge
- Provide customer support for events
