• Position : Accounts cum HR Admin Assistant

• Location : Gambas Crescent (Sembawang)

• Working hours : Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4000 + AWS + 10 Days Annual Leave

• Duration : Permanent

• Industry : Contractor/Renovation
  

Main Responsibilities

• Handle partial accounts, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Prepare and assist with GST and CPF filing.

• Perform bank reconciliation, payroll processing, and cashbook updates.

• Support HR and administrative documentation, including relevant permit or application processes where required.

• Perform other accounts, HR, and administrative duties relevant to the role.

Requirements

• ITE/Diploma in Accounting, or equivalent relevant qualification or experience.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounts, payroll, HR administration, or a similar role.

• Familiarity with relevant administrative permit application processes, such as work pass, site access, or industry-related submissions, would be advantageous.

• Able to work independently and manage routine accounting and administrative tasks accurately.

• Proficient in basic office and accounting-related software.
