• Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 
• 1–3 years experience in sales, business development, or agency environment 
• Strong communication and presentation skills 
• Confident in pitching and closing deals 
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven 
• Able to work under pressure and meet targets

• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations 
• Manage client relationships and ensure long-term partnerships 
• Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline 
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets 
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution
