Responsibilities
We are supporting a growing ServiceNow delivery team working across large-scale enterprise transformation programmes in Singapore. Due to increased project demand, they are looking to engage an experienced ServiceNow QA Engineer to ensure the quality, stability, and performance of ServiceNow implementations across multiple modules and business-critical workflows.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys structured testing environments, working closely with developers and functional teams, and contributing to high-impact digital transformation initiatives.

️ Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ServiceNow implementations
• Perform functional, regression, integration, UAT, and end-to-end testing across ServiceNow modules
• Build, maintain, and execute automation testing frameworks for ServiceNow applications and workflows
• Work closely with developers to validate platform customisations, integrations, and releases
• Validate workflows, configurations, integrations, business rules, and platform functionality
• Support defect tracking, root cause analysis, retesting, and release validation activities
• Participate in sprint planning, testing strategy discussions, and release readiness activities
• Contribute to QA process improvements, automation best practices, and quality governance
Required Experience:
• 3–7+ years of QA / Testing experience, with strong exposure to ServiceNow platforms
• Strong hands-on experience in automation testing within enterprise environments
• Experience with TypeScript for automation scripting and test framework development
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow workflows, forms, catalogues, integrations, and automation logic
• Experience in functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, UAT, and end-to-end testing
• Experience working with automation testing tools/frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or similar
• Exposure to test management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, TestRail, or equivalent
• Experience validating REST/SOAP integrations and third-party system connectivity
• Understanding of Agile / Scrum delivery methodologies
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced enterprise environments
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders
Preferred Certifications:
• ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) advantageous
• ISTQB or equivalent QA certification beneficial
• ServiceNow module exposure or certifications considered highly advantageous
